Wampole™
The Wampole™ ELISA II products comprise one of the
broadest lines of ELISA tests available. More than 60
assays are available across a broad menu, including autoimmune
disease, bladder cancer, cardiac risk assessment, enteric disease,
infectious disease, STDs, and osteoporosis. These test kits can be
run in a manual, semi-automated, or fully automated capacity with
customized instrumentation packages to suit individual laboratory
needs.
The Wampole™ ELISA II assays come in removable test
wells in a microplate format with color-coded, ready-to-use
reagents. Most of the assays use interchangeable substrate, stop
solution and wash buffer.
With standard assay protocols, Wampole infectious disease ELISA
tests provide increased reliability and run-to-run consistency. The
NMP22® test is the first
and only test for the screening and monitoring of bladder cancer
patients, while state-of-the-art monoclonal and
monoclonal/polyclonal antibody-based technology is available in the
enteric disease line of products.
The Wampole™ test menu also includes kits that
quantitatively measure two important cardiac risk markers:
homocysteine and lipoprotein(a), whose elevated serum or plasma
levels are increasingly viewed as a strong and independent risk
factors for cardiovascular disease.
